Pin a Custom Field

By default, Custom Fields are hidden on tasks until you set a value for them. You can pin a Custom Field so that it always appears on tasks even when the field is empty.

There are two ways to pin a Custom Field from the Custom Field Manager:

  • Toggle the Pinned column on. If you don't see this column, you can add it by clicking the plus icon in the upper-right corner.
  • When editing a Custom Field, click More settings and permissions and toggle on Pinned.
