Add an activity filter or select a specific person to only see task changes that you're interested in like status changes, tags added, priority adjustments, and more!
Search and filter task activity
From the task activity section, you can:
- Search: Search the task activity and comments for specific keywords.
- Watch: Follow the task to be notified of activity and comments.
- Filter: Click the filter to see specific types of task activity.
Task activity filters
The following table describes the task activity filters:
| Filter | Description |
| Person | Select one or more people to see their activity and comments. |
| Added or removed from this List | See each time the task was added or removed from the current List. |
| Archived | See when the task was archived. |
| Assigned comments | See all assigned comments or click the assignee icon to display comments assigned to one or more people. |
| Assignee | See when the task assignee was added, updated, or removed. |
| Attachments | Display activity for attachments added to the task. |
| Channel messages | See Chat channel message activity for the task. |
| Checklists | Display activity for the Checklists in the Action Items section. |
| Comments | Display comments. |
| Custom Fields | Display activity for Custom Fields. |
| Dependencies | Display activity for dependency relationships. |
| Direct messages | See Chat direct message activity for the task. |
| Due date | See when the due date was set, updated, or removed. |
| See emails and threads sent from this task. | |
| Git items | See activity from a Git integration, including GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. |
| HubSpot | See activity from the HubSpot integration. |
| List moved | See when the task was moved to a new home List. |
| Merged | See when other tasks were merged into the current task. |
| Name | See when the task was renamed. |
| New subtask | See when new subtasks were created. |
| Priority | Display activity for the Priority field. |
| Recurring | Display activity for tasks set to recur. |
| Sharing settings | Display sharing settings changes. |
| Sprint points | See when sprint points were set, updated, or removed. |
| Start date | See when the start date was set, updated, or removed. |
| Status |
Display status change activity. Quick changes to the task status are not recored in task activity. |
| Tags | Display activity for task tags. |
| Task creation | See when and who created the task. |
| Task type | Display task type changes. |
| Template merged | See when templates were applied to the task. |
| Time estimate | See when time estimates were added, updated, or removed. |
| Time tracked | See when time tracking entries were added, updated, or removed. |
