Keyboard shortcuts are available on every ClickUp plan.

Guests can use keyboard shortcuts.
Enable keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts are disabled by default. They must be enabled in your personal settings.
To enable keyboard shortcuts:
- In the upper-right corner, click your personal avatar and select Settings.
- Scroll down to the Preferences section.
- Enable Keyboard shortcuts.
- Click Save changes.
See all keyboard shortcuts
You can access all keyboard shortcuts from the toolbar:
- In the upper-right corner, click your personal avatar.
- Select Keyboard shortcuts.
- Click each category on the left to view the available keyboard shortcuts.
Available keyboard shortcuts
Different shortcuts work in different places throughout your Workspace.
Make sure your cursor is outside of any text fields when pressing a keyboard shortcut.

Customize the default Desktop app shortcuts
To change either of the default shortcuts:
- Click the current shortcut.
- Press a new key combination.
- Select the checkmark icon to save the shortcut or the x icon to cancel.
