Use SyncUps in fullscreen

Expand SyncUps to fullscreen to view shared content, communicate in the call thread, or connect tasks to the SyncUp.

Enter fullscreen

To enter fullscreen:

  1. Start or join a SyncUp.
  2. From the mini player in the lower-left, click the expand icon.

Toggle the call thread

To open the Thread sidebar and message others in the SyncUp, click the thread icon at the bottom.

Temporarily unmute yourself

Press and hold Space to temporarily unmute yourself.

This keyboard shortcut only works in fullscreen.

Show thread previews

When someone replies to the SyncUp thread, you will see a preview of their reply above the thread icon if you have the Show thread previews setting activated.

To activate this setting:

  1. Start or join a SyncUp.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the SyncUp, click the settings icon.
  3. Click the Show thread previews checkbox.

Toggle the participants sidebar

The participants sidebar lets you see everyone in the SyncUp, invite new people, or copy a link to the SyncUp.

To toggle the participants sidebar, click the participants icon at the bottom.

Automatically join SyncUps in fullscreen

If you want to join future SyncUps in fullscreen by default:

  1. Start or join a SyncUp.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the SyncUp, click the settings icon.
  3. Toggle on Join SyncUps in fullscreen view.
