Customize your Board view
To customize your Board view, click Customize in the upper-right corner.
Customize menu options
The customize menu options include:
- Name: Give your Workload view a specific name.
- Icon: Set a custom icon for your view.
- Card size: Set the size of the cards. Options include:
- Small
- Medium (default)
- Large
- Card cover: Show a cover on each task card. Options include:
- None
- Image (default)
- Task description
- Stack fields: Display each field on a separate line in each task card.
- Show empty fields: Show empty Custom Fields.
- Collapse empty columns: Collapse columns without tasks.
- More options:
- Show task properties: Display icons for task properties next to the task name, including description, attachments, checklists, and dependencies.
- Show task locations: Show location breadcrumbs on tasks.
- Show subtask parent names: Show parent task names directly above their subtasks' names.
- Show column colors: Make each column the color of the group by field.
- Show closed tasks: Show tasks in the Closed status.
- Show closed subtasks: Show subtasks in the Closed status.
- Show tasks from other Lists: If you're using the Tasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp, show tasks added to this List from another location.
- Show subtasks from other Lists: If you're using the Subtasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp, show subtasks added to this List from another location.
- Default to Me Mode: Display the tasks assigned to the person looking at the Board view.
- Duplicate view: Create a duplicate of this view.
- Reset view to defaults: Restore view to default settings.
- Default view settings: Customize this view's default settings.
- Fields: Customize the Custom Fields that appear on the Board view cards including status, tags, task type, and more.
- Filter: Apply task filters.
- Group: Choose how to group your Board view. Groups are represented as columns.
- Sort: Show cards in each column in a specific order.
- Subtasks: Show/Hide subtasks.
- Templates: Apply, create, or update a template.
- Autosave for me: Automatically save any view changes you make. The changes will be visible to everyone with access to the view.
- Pin: Pin the view.
- Private view: Make a view private.
- Protect view: Prevent view settings and preferences from being changed.
- Set as default view: Make this a default view for all Workspace members.
- Copy link to view: Copy the URL to the view.
- Add to favorites: Add the view to your favorites.
- Sharing & Permissions: Manage access to your view.
