Open a Channel from Home

To open a Channel from Home on the mobile app, tap the Channel name under its section. All of the Channels that you follow are displayed under the Channels section.

Open a Channel from the Chats page

To open a Channel from the Chats page on the mobile app:

1. At the bottom of Home, Inbox, or My Tasks, tap More.
   • If you have recently opened a page from the More menu, the page name is displayed instead of More.
2. Select Chats.
3. Swipe or use the search bar to locate the Channel.
4. Tap its name to open it.

Open a Channel from search

To open a Channel from search on the mobile app:

1. From Home, Inbox, My Tasks, or the sidebar, tap Search at the top.

2. Type a keyword from the Channel's name. Matching results automatically display.

   Use the filters under the search bar to narrow results by type, status, assignee, and more.

3. Tap the Channel name to open it.
