Sync Outlook Calendar events with your Planner, display events in your Calendar views, and more! Eliminate time spent switching between platforms and always know what's on your agenda.
With this integration, events sync between Outlook Calendar and your Planner. Tasks that are added to your Planner will not be reflected in your Outlook Calendar.
What you'll need
- The Outlook Calendar integration is available on every ClickUp plan.
- You may need to occasionally re-authenticate your Outlook account based on your organization's security policies.
- Guests and limited members can use the Outlook Calendar integration.
Privacy
The Outlook Calendar integration is private. No one in your Workspace will gain access to your Outlook Calendar through this integration.
If someone already has access to your calendar in Outlook or Microsoft Teams, they'll see it in ClickUp as well.

If you see No Calendars for this user when trying to connect your Outlook Calendar, disable ad-block and reauthorize permissions. If you're unable to authorize ClickUp, visit your security settings and verify that your Outlook account is configured to allow access.
Schedule and join events from ClickUp
Once the Outlook Calendar integration is set up, you can access, create, and join Outlook Calendar events from your Planner.

After the integration is set up, you can see today and tomorrow's events from the AI Command Bar by typing /Show Calendar Schedule. Click any event with video conferencing to join it directly from ClickUp!

Sync Outlook Calendar events
You can only sync Outlook events to your Planner. Location-based syncing is not available for Outlook events.
Remove the Outlook Calendar integration
When removing your Outlook account, it will be removed from the entire Workspace for security reasons. This can impact sending emails from ClickUp, integrating your Outlook Calendar, and uploading attachments from OneDrive and SharePoint. You'll need to re-add your Outlook account to continue using these features.
To remove the Outlook Calendar integration:
- In the App Center, browse for and select Outlook Calendar.
- To the right of Connected, click the ellipsis ... menu.
- Click Disconnect.
- To confirm, click Disconnect.
