What you'll need

• Mobile Docs are available on every ClickUp plan.
• Everyone, including guests, can use mobile Docs.
• Guests can't create Docs.

Browse Docs on mobile in ClickUp 4.0

To browse Docs on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:

1. Open the More menu.
2. Tap Docs.

To browse Docs on the mobile app in ClickUp 3.0:

1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
2. Tap Docs.
3. Select one of the filters to browse Docs:
   • All
   • Assigned to me
   • Shared with me
   • Private 

Open a Doc view on mobile

To open a Doc view on mobile:

1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.

2. Open the Space, Folder, or List with the Doc view.

   Tap a Space or Folder to expand its contents.

3. Under the location name at the top, tap the current view.
4. Select a Doc view.

Search for Docs on mobile

To search for Docs on the mobile app:

1. From Home, Inbox, My Tasks, or the sidebar, tap Search at the top.
   • In ClickUp 3.0, My Tasks is called My Work.
   • In ClickUp 4.0, you have the option to browse and search for Docs from the Docs page.
2. Under the search bar, tap the Docs filter.

3. Search for the Doc.

   To show only Docs in the results, tap Docs under the search bar.

4. Results automatically filter.

To search for a page within your Doc:

1. Open the Doc.
2. In the upper-right corner, tap the page icon.
   
3. Type the name of the page in the search bar.
4. Search results filter automatically.
5. Tap the page to open it.

Resolve Doc comments

To resolve a comment:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Doc, tap the comments icon.
   
2. Above the comment, tap Resolve.

View Doc comments

To view Doc comments on mobile:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Doc, tap the comments icon.
2. By default, you will be viewing all open comments. Filter comments by tapping the icons at the top:
   • Open: View only open comments.
   • Assigned to me: View only comments assigned to you.
   • Resolved: View only resolved comments.

Reply to Doc comments

To reply to a Doc comment on mobile:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Doc, tap the comments icon.
2. Tap the comment to open a thread.
3. Type your response and tap the send icon.

React to Doc comments

To react to a Doc comment on mobile:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Doc, tap the comments icon.
2. Tap and hold the comment.
3. Tap a preselected emoji or tap the emoji button to see more options.
