Update Docs and their pages from anywhere using the mobile app.

What you'll need

• Mobile Docs are available on every ClickUp plan.
• Guests with edit permissions can edit and delete Docs and pages.

Edit a Doc on mobile in ClickUp 4.0

To edit, archive, or delete a Doc on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:

1. Open the Doc.
2. In the upper-right, tap the page icon.
3. Tap the ellipsis ... menu next to the Doc.
4. Choose from the options:
   • Rename: Rename the Doc.
   • Share: Share an internal link to the Doc.
   • Add Subpage: Add a subpage to the Doc.
   • Favorite: Add the Doc to your favorites.
   • Add to tray: Pin the Doc to the bottom of your Workspace.
   • Archive: Archive the Doc.
   • Delete: Delete the Doc.

Edit a Doc on mobile in ClickUp 3.0

To edit, archive, or delete a Doc on the mobile app in ClickUp 3.0:

1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
2. Tap Docs.
3. Select one of the filters to browse Docs:
   • All
   • Assigned to me
   • Shared with me
   • Private 
4. To the right of the Doc you want to edit or delete, tap the ellipsis ... icon.
   
5. Choose from the options:
   • Rename: Rename the Doc.
   • Duplicate: Duplicate the Doc.
   • Favorite: Add the Doc to your favorites.
   • Move to: Move the Doc to a different location.
   • Share: Share an internal link to a Doc or individual page.
   • Add to tray: Pin the Doc to the bottom of your Workspace.
   • Delete: Delete the Doc.

Edit pages on mobile

To edit, archive, or delete a page on the mobile app:

1. Open a Doc.
2. In the upper-right, tap the page icon.

4. Choose from the options:

   • Share: Share an internal link to the individual page.
   • Add Subpage: Add a subpage to the page.
   • Favorite: Add the page to your favorites.

   • Archive: Archive the page.
   • Delete: Delete the page.
