Key features

Learn how to boost your productivity by using templates in so many locations, from Spaces to subtasks!

Template Center

The Template Center is a library of ready-to-use templates. You can access the Template Center in several ways to find templates to find a template created by members of your Workspace or by the ClickUp community.

Customize a template

You can choose to keep only what you need from an existing template.

Organize templates

Create and apply tags to your templates.

Add a preview image

You can add preview images to templates that are in your Template Center library to give your teammates a clue about the template's use case.

Remap dates when applying a template

If any tasks in your Space, Folder, or List templates have start and due dates, those dates can be saved when you create a template.

When you use the template, you can use the original Start and Due Dates or update them to a different date by remapping them.

Instead of manually updating every task, all your tasks will be updated when the template is applied.

Share templates

Templates can be kept private, or shared with specific people, Teams, or everyone in your Workspace. You can share a link with anyone outside of your Workspace. Or you can share a Folder or List template with everyone who uses ClickUp!

Save a view

Preserve the views of your favorite tasks so you can re-use them in other Spaces, Folders, and Lists.

Reuse statuses and checklists

Save and reuse status workflows and checklists throughout your Workspace.
