Anyone, including guests, can use templates.
Note: Guests only have access to templates for Docs, tasks, and views.

The Template Center is a library of ready-to-use templates. You can access the Template Center in several ways to find templates to find a template created by members of your Workspace or by the ClickUp community.
You can choose to keep only what you need from an existing template.
Create and apply tags to your templates.
You can add preview images to templates that are in your Template Center library to give your teammates a clue about the template's use case.
If any tasks in your Space, Folder, or List templates have start and due dates, those dates can be saved when you create a template.
Instead of manually updating every task, all your tasks will be updated when the template is applied.
Templates can be kept private, or shared with specific people, Teams, or everyone in your Workspace. You can share a link with anyone outside of your Workspace. Or you can share a Folder or List template with everyone who uses ClickUp!
