Pin a Channel or direct message

When you pin a Channel or direct message, it will be displayed in the Pinned section in your Chat sidebar.

To pin a Channel or direct message in the Chat sidebar:

  1. In the Chat sidebar, right-click the Channel or direct message.
  2. Select Pin.

When you pin a Channel to the sidebar, it is pinned to your current layout only. Pinned direct messages display in both Chat sidebar layouts.
