Access your Dashboard settings


You can access Dashboard settings from two locations:

From a Dashboard

The following settings are only available from the Dashboard settings menu accessed from a Dashboard:

  • Auto layout: Automatically moves cards up to remove empty space between them.
  • Auto refresh: Automatically refresh your Dashboard to make sure that the data is current.

To access Dashboard settings from a Dashboard:

  • In the upper-right corner, click the ellipsis ... icon.

From a Dashboard added to a Space or Folder

To access Dashboard settings from a Space or Folder:

  • Hover over a Dashboard and click the ellipsis ... icon.
  • Or, right click on a Dashboard.

From a Dashboard added to your favorites or custom sections

From favorites or custom sections, you can only:

  • Copy link: Copy the link to your Dashboard.
  • Favorite: Add/Remove the Dashboard from your favorites or custom sections. 

To access Dashboard settings from favorites or a custom section:

  • Hover over a Dashboard and click the ellipsis ... icon.
  • Or, right click on a Dashboard.

Dashboard settings 

Available options include:

  • Favorite: Add the task to your favorites. In ClickUp 4.0, from the favorites menu, you can
  • Rename: Change the title of your Dashboard.
  • Copy link: Copy the link to your Dashboard.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the Dashboard.
  • Export view: Export the Dashboard as a PDF. 
  • Move to: Move your Dashboard to a different location. 
  • Archive:  Archive the Dashboard.
  • Delete: Send the Dashboard to the Trash.
  • Sharing & Permissions: Share this Dashboard with others.
