FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the OneDrive integration.
What happens to my data if I disconnect the integration?
Disconnecting the integration does not delete your data from either platform. When you disconnect, you'll lose the ability to view OneDrive link previews and search for OneDrive files in ClickUp.
Can I track changes made through OneDrive in ClickUp?
Yes, changes made in OneDrive are updated in ClickUp link previews and Connected Search, ensuring your data stays synchronized across both platforms.
Can I integrate multiple OneDrive accounts with ClickUp?
No, each ClickUp member can only connect one OneDrive account at a time using a personal connection. If you are a ClickUp Workspace admin or owner, we recommend that you connect your company's OneDrive account with ClickUp using the Workspace connection type and enable it for everyone in your ClickUp Workspace.
If only I connected OneDrive with ClickUp, what will other Workspace members see when I post a OneDrive URL in ClickUp?
Others will see an empty URL preview with the option to connect OneDrive with ClickUp.
If a ClickUp admin connected OneDrive using a Workspace connection, can others find my private files using Workspace Connected Search?
No. Only public data can be found using Workspace Connected Search. If you want to find your personal files, we recommend setting up a personal connection.
