Use the Outlook Mail integration to search your Outlook emails without leaving ClickUp!

What you'll need
- The Outlook Mail integration is available on all plans.
- Connected Search is available on all plans as a limited-time trial. Future restrictions apply.
- Guests and limited members cannot set up integrations or use Connected Search.
The data in your Outlook account will not be available to anyone else through ClickUp.
Connect Outlook
Before you can use connected search, you must connect Outlook.
Search Outlook emails using Connected Search
After connecting the integration, you can use Personal Connected Search to search your email inbox from ClickUp.
No one else can search for files from your personal connections.
The Outlook Mail integration allows you to search emails from the most recent year. This is a rolling time period, meaning your searchable email history always covers the last 365 days from the current date, not just from when you first connected your account.
Open Outlook from ClickUp
Once the integration is set up, use the Open Outlook command in the AI Command Bar to quickly open Outlook in a new tab.
Disconnect the integration
If you no longer want to search your Outlook inbox from ClickUp, you can disconnect the integration from the App Center.
