Use Dashboards on mobile

Available Dashboard cards on the mobile app

You can view most Dashboard cards on the mobile app.

The following cards are not available to view:

  • Completed Report
  • Worked on
  • Workspace Points

You can interact with Discussion, Task List, and Text Block cards on mobile by tapping View more on the card.

Search for a Dashboard on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0

To search for a Dashboard on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:

  1. At the top of Home, Inbox, or My Tasks, tap Search.
  2. Type the name of the Dashboard. 
    • To view only Dashboards in your results, swipe through the filters at the top and tap Dashboards.

To search for a Dashboard on the mobile app in ClickUp 3.0:

  1. At the top of Home, Inbox, My Work, or the sidebar, tap Search or the search icon.
  2. Type the name of the Dashboard. 
  3. To view only Dashboards in your search results, swipe horizontally through the filters at the top until you see Dashboards.

Dashboard filters and card filters apply when viewing your Dashboards on mobile.

To browse Dashboards on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:

  1. At the bottom of Home, Inbox, or My Tasks, tap More.
  2. Select Dashboards.

  3. You'll see a list of your Dashboards. To narrow down the displayed Dashboards, tap one of the filters under the search bar:
    • Created by me
    • Shared with me
    • Private 
  4. Tap the Dashboard to open it.

From Home

To browse Dashboards from Home on the mobile app:

  1. At the top of Home, swipe through the tabs until you reach Dashboards.
  2. Tap Dashboards to see all of your Dashboards.
  3. Tap the Dashboard to open it.

To change how Dashboards are sorted, tap Sort by at the top.

From the sidebar

To browse Dashboards from the sidebar on the mobile app:

  1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
  2. Tap Dashboards to expand the Dashboard categories.
  3. Navigate to the Dashboard:
    • Tap a category to view the Dashboards in it.
    • Tap the search icon and type the Dashboard name.
  4. Tap the Dashboard to open it.

Refresh a Dashboard on the mobile app

To manually refresh your Dashboard on the mobile app, swipe down from the top of your screen.

Rename a Dashboard on the mobile app in ClickUp 3.0

To rename a Dashboard on mobile in ClickUp 3.0

  1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
  2. Tap Dashboards to expand the Dashboard categories.
  3. Navigate to the Dashboard:
    • Tap a category to view the Dashboards in it.
    • Tap the search icon and type the Dashboard name.
  4. To the right of the Dashboard, tap the ellipsis ... icon.
  5. Tap Rename.
  6. Enter the new name and tap Done.

Interact with Dashboard cards on the mobile app

You can interact with certain cards on the mobile app by tapping View more at the bottom of the card. The available options vary by card.
