Dashboards are available on all plans.

The following table describes Dashboard usage limits by plan:

Uses include the following actions:

  • Create a Dashboard
  • Create a Dashboard view
  • View a Dashboard
  • Add a card
  • Edit a card
  • Remove a card
  • Remove a Dashboard

Unlimited

Unlimited uses of select cards.

Dashboard availability by user role

The following table describes the availability of Dashboard features by user role:

User role Limitations
Owners and admins None.
Members

Must have full or edit permissions to use Dashboard filters.

To export data from time tracking cards, members must have the Exporting custom permission enabled.

Guests

Limitations include:

  • Guests cannot create Dashboards or Dashboard views.
  • Guests can be invited to specific Dashboards with view only permissions.
