Status cards provide insights into how statuses are used throughout your Workspace.

Status cards

Status cards use various charts to display information about tasks and statuses. The settings available on each Status card vary based on chart type.

The following table describes the available Status cards:

Status card Description Chart type
Workload by Status Show the number of tasks by status.

Status Over Time

Display the number of tasks in each status over time.

Line chart

Number of Tasks In Progress

The number of tasks that are not Done, Closed, or Not Started status.

Calculation

Number of Tasks Closed

The number of tasks that are in a Done or Closed status.

Number of Tasks Completed

The number of tasks that are in the Closed status.

Total time in Status

Display the total hours that tasks collectively spent in each status over time.

The Average in the upper-right corner displays the average amount of time tasks spent in all represented statuses.

The Total time in Status ClickApp must be enabled to use this card.

Add a Status card

To add a Status card:

  1. Create a new or open an existing Dashboard.
  2. In the upper right corner, click + Add card
  3. From the left sidebar, select Statuses.
  4. Click a Status card.
  5. Configure your card settings.

    The settings available on each Status card vary based on chart type.

  6. In the upper-right, click Add card.

Edit a Status card

Hover over a card to:

  • Edit quick settings, including card filters.
  • Click the settings cog to edit card settings.
