Open your import settings

You can open your imports from your Home or Spaces Sidebars, or Workspace settings.

Many of the pages opened from your Global Navigation have a create button in the top-right corner of their respective sidebars. The items you can create vary depending on the tab.

To open imports from your Home Sidebar or Spaces Sidebar:

  1. In the upper-right corner of your Home Sidebar or Spaces Sidebar, click the Create menu.
  2. At the bottom of the Create menu, click Import.

To open import from your Workspace settings:

  1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar and select Settings.
  2. In the All settings sidebar, select Imports / Exports.
    • If your Workspace has them, all past completed, deleted, or canceled imports are visible.
    • If your Workspace has no past imports, you'll see all the types of imports that can be initiated.

Check the status of an import in progress

Once you've started your import, you can check its progress. This table explains the import statuses you'll see:

Import status Description
Import Queued We're getting ready to start your import.
Import Pending Your import is in progress.
Import Completed Your import was successful.
Import Failed Your import was not successful.

Imports with the status of Import Queued and Import in Progress can be canceled.

Delete an import

You can delete any imports created in the last 10 days. When you delete an import, all items created by the import will be deleted. After 10 days, items will need to be deleted from your Spaces individually or using the Bulk Action Toolbar.

The import is taking a long time
