You can also export your Workspace data from ClickUp at any time.

Unlimited imports are available via the Import page on all plans.
Exporting by plan
Free Forever and Unlimited plans can only export five List, Table, or Form views.

Exporting permissions
Workspace data can be exported using the Workspace export settings. You can also export List and Table views, Docs, Dashboard cards, Whiteboards, and Form responses can also be exported.
There are two Workspace-level permissions for exports:

Export Views: Allows users to export List and Table views, Docs, Dashboard cards, Whiteboards, and Form responses to external formats, such as CSV or PDF.
- To export views, users must have permissions at both the Workspace level and the location level. For example, to export a List view, a member must have at least Edit permission to that List, and the Export Views permission must be activated for their user role.
- Exporting: Allows users to export task data via the Workspace export settings.
The Workspace permission varies by user role.

Importing usage limits
You can perform up to 60 imports per day.
You may be prompted to upgrade once you've finished importing and start using specific features. Here are some feature limits for our Free Forever Plan:
- 100 mb of storage for attachments
- 60 Custom Fields
- 100 Lists and Folders per Space
Exporting limits
The following are exporting limits to be aware of:
- Links to exported data expire after one hour.
- Exports of large Workspaces or Workspaces with large projects may not succeed.
- We suggest selecting only the locations you need when exporting your task data.
Importing requirements
You must use our web app to import your work. You'll need a file that meets our format and data requirements.
Importing Custom Fields
Data imported as a ClickUp Custom Field will only be visible if the Custom Field ClickApp is activated.
