You can set default templates for views so that newly created views in a Space automatically use that template. 

You can also choose to apply a template to all required views, in addition to newly created views.

Set a default view template

To set a default view template for a Space:

1. Hover over the Space and click the ellipsis ... icon. Or, right-click the Space.
   • In ClickUp 4.0, Spaces live in the Home Sidebar and Spaces Sidebar.
   • In ClickUp 3.0, Spaces live in the Sidebar.
2. Hover over More, then click All Space settings.
3. In the Edit Space modal, select the Default views tab. 
   
4. In the Default settings for views modal, select the Default View Templates tab. 
   
5. Set view templates for each task view type.

Set this for all new views or override existing required views based on a newly set template. This lets you update multiple views at the same time based on a new template!
