If you want to interact with Super Agents via Chat, you'll need to activate the Chat ClickApp.

Creating Super Agents

There are three ways to create a Super Agent in ClickUp:

• Natural language builder: You'll chat with the builder to explain what you need, and answer its questions to customize and refine your Super Agent.
• Use the Super Agent catalog: Start with an Agent from our catalog of prebuilt Super Agents. 
  • We'll start the natural language builder for you, using a prebuilt prompt. 
  • You'll answer questions to customize and refine the Super Agent for your workflow. 
• Start from scratch: Open a Super Agent and manually configure it to meet your needs.

Switch to a different AI model

Create a Super Agent using the natural-language builder

Use our natural-language builder to create a Super Agent. The builder will help you customize your Super Agent's behavior, knowledge, and tools. 

To create a Super Agent:

1. In your Global Navigation, select AI. 
   • If you don't see AI in your Global Navigation, click the More menu, then select AI. You can also pin AI to your Global Navigation.
2. In the AI Hub in the Super Agents section, click Create Agent.
   • To create more room, you can close the AI Hub. You can also drag the dividers between the Agent builder and the Agent's profile.
     
3. In the prompt field, start typing a prompt for your Super Agent.

4. The builder will help you create the Super Agent by asking you questions.
5. When the builder is done, the right sidebar will display your Super Agent's profile.

Create a Super Agent from the catalog

The Super Agent catalog contains prebuilt prompts to help you get started. After you select a Super Agent, the builder will help you customize its behavior, knowledge, and tools. 

Create a Super Agent from scratch

If you prefer, you can create a blank Super Agent and manually configure it to meet your needs.

To create a Super Agent from scratch:

1. In your Global Navigation, select AI. 
   • If you don't see AI in your Global Navigation, click the More menu, then select AI. You can also pin AI to your Global Navigation.
2. In the AI Hub's, in the Super Agents section, click Super Agents.
3. In the upper-right corner, click Start from scratch.
   
4. The new Super Agent's profile is displayed.
   • To create more room, you can close or resize the AI Hub. You can also drag the dividers between the Agent builder and the Agent's profile.
5. You can edit these parts of your Super Agent's appearance and availability:
   • Name and description
   • Avatar
   • Privacy, sharing, and permissions
   • Activate or deactivate it in your Workspace
6. You can manually configure this information for your new Super Agent:
   • Instructions
   • Triggers
   • Skills
   • Knowledge
   • Memory
7. When you're done, you'll activate the new Super Agent.
   • If you're satisfied with your Super Agent's profile, it's ready!
