To use Super Agents, you'll need to activate the AI ClickApp for your Workspace.
If you want to interact with Super Agents via Chat, you'll need to activate the Chat ClickApp.
Super Agents are integrated into your mobile Workspace experience, so you'll see them in your Inbox, tasks, push notifications, Chat, and more!
Preview Super Agent chats
To preview your conversation with a Super Agent, tap and hold the Super Agent's avatar.
While previewing, you can also select one of the following options:
- View Profile
- Mark as Unread
- Copy Link
- Hide Conversation
Mention Super Agents
Start communicating with your Super Agents by @mentioning them in a task description, comment, or Chat message.
Message Super Agents
Converse with your Super Agents on your mobile device!
Use Talk to Text to save time!
When you send a Super Agent a message, you'll see confirmation that the Super Agent is working at the bottom of the thread.
Assign Super Agents to tasks
Have a Super Agent that starts working when you assign it a task? You can leverage this automated workflow on your mobile device by assigning tasks to Super Agents.
Create a Super Agent
To create a Super Agent on the mobile app:
- At the bottom of Home, Inbox, My Tasks, or any page accessible from the More menu, tap the plus icon.
- Tap Create Super Agent.
- Type a description of the Super Agent that you want to build, or tap the microphone icon to transcribe your voice using Talk to Text.
- Tap the send icon.
- Further refine your Super Agent by continuing the conversation in the builder.
