Super Agents can update themselves when a user asks in a DM, or an @mention in a Chat thread or task comment. 

Ask your Super Agent to adjust the tone of its report, for example. You can also tune its preferences and memory-related behavior.

To use Super Agents, you'll need to activate the AI ClickApp for your Workspace.

If you want to interact with Super Agents via Chat, you'll need to activate the Chat ClickApp. 

To edit a Super Agent in any way, you must be the Agent's primary owner or an owner, admin, or member with Can manage permission. 
The Agent's primary owner is the person who created it and is listed on the Agent profile as manager.

Refine your Super Agent through natural language

You can always manually edit your Super Agent from its profile. Sometimes, though, it's quicker and easier to update it through conversation.

To refine your Super Agent: 

1. Send the Super Agent a DM or @mention it in a Chat thread or task comment. 
   • To send a newly-created Super Agent a quick DM, from its profile, click Ask.
2. Ask the Super Agent to edit or add something. For example, you could type:
   • "Make your tone more professional."
   • "Write a more concise report; this is too long."
   • "Give yourself the ability to create a Doc."
   • "Follow up in a DM instead of a Channel."
   • "Why didn't you post this afternoon at 3 pm?"
     
   • "Our Q3 launch was pushed to September because the API team needs two more sprints."  
     • Your Agent can store this as intelligence. It's a factual detail that it can reference for the future, so you don't have to repeat it.
   • "In our DMs, always show me only the tasks assigned to my team, and keep summaries under five bullets." 
     • Your Agent can store this as a preference about how it should behave when responding to you specifically.
3. Continue to refine the Agent by chatting with it until you're satisfied with its performance!

Refine your Super Agent through its profile or the natural-language builder

There are a couple of other ways to refine a Super Agent.

To refine a Super Agent manually in its profile: 

1. Open the Super Agent's profile.
2. From its profile in the right sidebar, configure its instructions, jobs, skills, knowledge, or memory.

To refine a Super Agent through the Super Agent builder:

1. Open the Super Agent's profile.
2. From the builder to the left of its profile, ask for help in making updates or edits.
