Activate AI Notetaker

Before you can use AI Notetaker in SyncUps, an admin or owner in your Workspace must activate the AI Notetaker ClickApp.

Use AI Notetaker in a SyncUp

To activate AI Notetaker in a SyncUp:

  1. Start or join a SyncUp.
  2. At the bottom of the mini player or a fullscreen SyncUp, click AI Notes.

  3. Select Start AI Notes & Recording.

    To automatically activate AI Notetaker for future SyncUps in this Channel or direct message, click the Automatically take AI Notes toggle.

Recording Channel SyncUps

When a Channel SyncUp that has AI Notetaker enabled concludes, a comment will be posted to the SyncUp thread with the meeting notes Doc.

Open, share, and comment on past SyncUp recordings, access transcriptions, and generate meeting summaries from the Clips Hub. 

SyncUp recording links are public, so you can share the recording with anyone.
