SyncUps are available on all Workspaces with Chat enabled. Feature limits vary by user role.

In the future, lower plans may have SyncUps usage limits due to the high infrastructure costs of video calling.

Most user roles can start and join SyncUps.

Participant limits

On all plans, up to 200 people can be in a SyncUp at the same time. 24 people can speak at once.

Duration limits

SyncUps have a maximum duration of 10 hours and will expire shortly after everyone has left the call.

Recording limits

For recorded calls that last one hour or less, a full video recording of the call will be included in the notes. For calls that last over one hour, a full audio recording of the call will be included.

Video recordings are in beta. They can be accessed from the meeting Doc or Clips Hub.
