After joining a SyncUp, you can continue to navigate your Workspace by clicking the minimize button in the upper-right corner.

If a Google Calendar event has a SyncUp link as its location, you can join it from your Planner.

From a Channel

To join a SyncUp from a Channel, click Join on the SyncUp message.

When you join, your microphone will be enabled by default.

If someone manually invites you to an in-progress Channel SyncUp, you'll be notified by a pop-up on your screen accompanied by a ringing sound. You can join or decline the call from the pop-up.

From a direct message

When a SyncUp is started from a direct message, you'll see a pop-up on your screen accompanied by a ringing sound. You can join or decline the call from the pop-up.

If you're using ClickUp in a browser:

Why do I hear ringing from another tab or window?
