Join a SyncUp to collaborate live with your team!
Once you're in the SyncUp, you can stay in Chat or navigate your Workspace! When you leave Chat, the SyncUp will be minimized to the toolbar.

Join a SyncUp
From a Channel or direct message, click Join on the SyncUp message.
If a Google Calendar event has a SyncUp link as its location, you can join it from the Calendar.
Why can't people hear me?
If your team can't hear you, your mic might not be enabled. The instructions below can help you troubleshoot this problem.
Desktop app
When you join a SyncUp on the desktop app, ClickUp will request microphone access. If you don't see this request:
- Open your system settings.
- Enable microphone access for ClickUp.
- Restart ClickUp.
Browser
If you're using ClickUp in a browser:
- In your browser or computer menu bar, click the microphone or camera icon.
- Select Allow.
- Refresh the page.
