Toggle your camera

You can toggle your camera before or during a SyncUp.

When you start or join a SyncUp, a menu will display with camera and other settings that you can adjust.

To enable or disable your camera in a SyncUp, click the camera icon at the bottom of the SyncUp.

Toggle your microphone

You can toggle your microphone before or during a SyncUp.

To mute or unmute your microphone, click the microphone icon at the bottom of the SyncUp.

You can also mute or unmute your microphone using the keyboard shortcut Cmd + Option + Shift + M on Mac or Alt + Ctrl + Shift + M on PC.

Update your SyncUp preferences

Update your microphone, camera, or other preferences like noise reduction:

1. Start or join a SyncUp.
2. In the upper-right corner, click the settings icon.
3. Update your audio and video inputs and outputs.

Add a video background

To add or change your video background for SyncUps:

1. In the Setup section of your SyncUp settings, click Backgrounds.
2. Select a background.
