Invite someone to a SyncUp

SyncUp call links cannot be shared externally at this time. However, you can:

• Directly invite people to a SyncUp taking place in a Channel.
• Copy a SyncUp link and add it to calendar invites.
• Copy a SyncUp link and share it with others.

Invite people to a Channel SyncUp

Invite people to in-progress Channel SyncUps. Only people with access to the Channel can be invited.

To directly invite people to a Channel SyncUp:

1. Start or join the SyncUp.
2. At the bottom of the mini player or fullscreen mode, click the Invite people button.
   • If the SyncUp is displayed in the toolbar, hover over the SyncUp to reveal the mini player.
   • If you can't see the Invite people button, click the ellipsis ... icon to access it.

3. Search for and select people to invite.

4. Click Invite.
5. Invitees will see a pop-up on their screen accompanied by a ringing sound. They can join or decline the call from the pop-up.

Share a SyncUp link

To share a SyncUp call link:

1. Start or join a SyncUp in a Channel or direct message.
2. At the bottom, click the ellipsis ... icon.
3. Select Copy call link.
4. The link will be copied to your clipboard.

Share a SyncUp recording

If someone couldn't make it to the live call, and you recorded the SyncUp, you can share the recording with them.
