Can I disable SyncUps?

SyncUps cannot currently be enabled or disabled by Workspace admins or owners.

Workspace owners and admins can disable SyncUp recordings by deactivating the Clip: Record & Share ClickApp.

Performance issues

If you are experiencing performance issues with SyncUps, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Quit your browser application and reopen it.
  3. Start or join the SyncUp in another browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Close background apps that are connected to the internet.
  6. Connect to a different network.
  7. Check for system updates on your device.
  8. Start or join the SyncUp on another device.

Blocked camera or microphone

If your camera or microphone is blocked, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure your browser is routed to the correct camera and microphone.
  2. Enable Incognito or Private mode in your browser. This overrides ad blockers and other extensions that can block your camera or microphone.
  3. Ensure other apps aren't using your camera or mic. For example, another conferencing app may be open.
  4. If you're using a VPN, contact your IT department.

Manually unblock your camera in Chrome

If you're using Google Chrome, you can manually unblock your camera:

  1. In the upper-right corner of Chrome, click the three dots icon, then click Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security and select Site settings.
  3. Click Camera.
  4. Review your blocked and allowed sites.
  5. If app.clickup.com is blocked, select it and click the dropdown menu next to Camera. Select Allow.
