Default security and permissions settings

Below are the default security and permissions settings when you create a new Workspace.

What you'll need

  • Security and permissions settings vary depending on your plan and user role.
  • Only Workspace owners and admins can access security and permissions settings.

Access security and permissions settings

To open your Workspace's security and permissions page:

  1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the sidebar, click Security & Permissions.

Security default settings

Below are the default Security settings:

Security option Default setting
Two factor authentication Don't require 2FA
Single-sign on Don't require SSO
Session management

Session duration: Never expires

Idle timeout duration: Never expires

Session management is only available on the Enterprise Plan.

Custom Permissions are separated into four sections:

  • Manage Actions
  • Custom Fields
  • Create And Delete Actions
  • Workspace Actions
