Share tasks with clients

Most digital agencies invite their clients as guests to specific tasks, Lists, or Folders, depending on their Hierarchy setup.

Guests can only access the items you share with them, making this the ideal way to work with clients in your Workspace.

Upload attachments to tasks

Upload content and other important files for your clients directly to relevant tasks! All uploaded files will be displayed in the task's Attachments section.

The Free Forever Plan includes 100 MB of storage. All paid plans include unlimited storage.

Proof images, videos, and PDF files

Another excellent way to collaborate with your team or clients is through proofing. Collaborate in real time on images, videos, and PDF files that have been uploaded to the task.

Assign comments to clients

Assign a comment to a client to inform them of any updates you'd like to make within a task. The client can resolve the comment to signify approval or respond directly in the task comments with any alternative suggestions.

Create custom statuses to track progress

Create custom statuses at the List, Folder, or Space level to determine the progression of your tasks.

To drag and drop tasks through different statuses, create a Board view!

Assign tasks to multiple people

If you have a large task that requires several team members' attention, the Workspace owner or an admin can enable the Multiple Assignees ClickApp. This ClickApp allows you to assign multiple people to one task.

Organize tasks using tags

After your Hierarchy is set up, you can create tags to add an additional layer of organization to your work. You can filter and group tasks in your views by tags to quickly find what you need.
