Use tasks, reminders, and notes while offline.

What you'll need

• Offline Mode is available on all ClickUp plans.
• Everyone, including guests, can use Offline Mode.
• Offline Mode is available on the web, desktop app, and ClickUp mobile.

Create tasks and reminders offline

When ClickUp detects an interruption in connection, a popup in the lower-left corner of the app notifies you that you have entered Offline Mode. You can continue to create tasks and reminders while offline. When you reconnect, new tasks and reminders automatically sync with your Workspace.

Subtasks cannot be created in Offline Mode, so we recommend creating tasks offline and converting them into subtasks once online.

View tasks and notes offline

Tasks you've already opened and notes can be viewed in Offline Mode. Tasks and notes cannot be edited while offline.

ClickUp automatically stores data offline for all tasks in your Tray!
