To use AI Notetaker, an admin or owner must activate the AI Notetaker ClickApp.
Try AI Notetaker
For a limited time, admins can try AI Notetaker for free.
Workspaces have 5 hours of free AI Notetaker usage per admin. Free hours are shared between all admins and do not reset.
The Workspace owner counts as an admin.
For example, a Workspace with 3 admins shares 15 hours of free AI Notetaker usage. Members and guests cannot use free hours.
Access to AI Notetaker by plan
AI Notetaker can be purchased on all plans.
Private Docs
Workspaces that have purchased AI Notetaker but do not have access to private Docs can still access AI Notetaker notes.

AI Notetaker recordings
For calls that last one hour or less, a full video recording of the call is included in your notes. For calls that last over one hour, a full audio recording of the call is included.
Video recordings are in beta. They can be accessed from the meeting Doc or Clips Hub.
