Search all Chat messages

Search all Chat messages from the Command Center:

1. Type a keyword or phrase.
   • Optional: Enable the Channels or Messages filter to narrow results.
2. Messages that meet the criteria will be displayed.
3. Click a message to open its thread.

Search individual Channels and direct messages

To search keywords or phrases in individual Channels or direct messages:

1. Open the Channel or direct message.
2. In the upper-right, hover over the floating sidebar.
3. Select Search.
4. Type in a keyword or phrase.
5. Messages that meet the criteria will be displayed.
6. Click a message to open its thread.
