Search for items in ClickUp 4.0

To search for an item on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:

1. From Home, Inbox, My Tasks, or the sidebar, tap Search at the top.
2. Type a keyword from the item's name or content.
   

   • Use the filters under the search bar to narrow results by type, status, assignee, and more.

3. Matching results automatically display.

Search for items in ClickUp 3.0

To search for an item on the mobile app in ClickUp 3.0:

1. From Home, Inbox, My Work, or the sidebar, tap Search or the search icon at the top.
2. Type a keyword from the item's name or content.
   

   • Use the filters under the search bar to narrow results by type, status, assignee, and more.

3. Matching results automatically display.
