Use views for CRM

Once you've added data to your CRM, use ClickUp views to see your work in a way that works best for you.

You can use the CRM Folder template to automatically create our recommended views in your CRM Workspace or follow this guide to learn which views are best.

Once you have your views created, you can focus on the details that matter most by using filters and groups.

Table view

With Table view you can look at all of the important information about your accounts in vertical columns. It's fast and makes navigating between fields, bulk editing, and exporting data easy.

Board view

Board view can give you a high-level view of the clients within your CRM Folder. Tasks are grouped vertically by status and can show early-phase prospects on the left, and closed-won accounts on the right.

Calendar view

Calendar View allows you to keep track of client meetings so that you're always prepared to connect with your prospects.

List view

With List view, you can get a high-level view of all leads, deals, accounts, contacts, and more sorted by status.

Form view

Forms view allows you to make your intake process more efficient by collecting information from customers and quickly sending that information to your Workspace as tasks. You can use this view to create:

  • Sales forms
  • Customer requests
  • Support tickets

Whiteboards

Whiteboards are the fastest way to collaborate with your team and bridge the gap between brainstorming and getting work done.

A Whiteboard can provide a visual of the sales process, from lead qualification through the deal cycle.
