List view
With List view, you can get a high-level view of all leads, deals, accounts, and contacts by status. Views can be customized for their unique purposes using filtering.
Create Relationship columns across your List views to link contacts to their accounts and accounts to their deals. The Automations we recommend for CRM use Relationships to pre-fill helpful information.
We recommend creating the following List views for the leads List:
- All leads
- New leads
- My leads
- Unqualified follow-up
We recommend creating the following List views for the deals List:
- All deals

- Closed - won

Board view
Board view can give you a high-level view of the client statuses within your CRM Folder. Tasks are grouped vertically by status and can show early-phase prospects on the left, and closed-won accounts on the right.
Drag and drop accounts or deals through your unique workflows.
We recommend creating the following Board views in both your leads and deals Lists:

Form view
Forms view allows you to make your intake process more efficient by collecting information from customers and quickly sending that information to your Workspace as tasks. You can use this view to create:

Table view
With Table view, you can look at all of the important information about your accounts in vertical columns. It's fast and makes navigating between fields, bulk editing, and exporting data easy.
Calendar
Use the Calendar to create or join both external and internal meetings without leaving ClickUp.
Whiteboards
Whiteboards are the fastest way to collaborate with your team and bridge the gap between brainstorming and getting work done.
A Whiteboard can provide a visual of the sales process, from lead qualification through the deal cycle.
