Use Dashboards for CRM

Dashboards are the best way to build high-level views of everything in your Workspace.

Once your CRM is set up, you can create custom Dashboards for detailed internal and external reporting. You can create Dashboards dedicated to managing individual accounts or a master Dashboard for all of your accounts. 

Use the Quick Start: Sales & CRM template to quickly create a CRM Space with our recommended Hierarchy structure and statuses. Then, create the Dashboard cards recommended in this article to gain valuable insight into the health of your opportunities and accounts. 

Pie Chart

Use a Pie Chart Card to visualize the number of accounts per representative.

Battery Chart

Use a Battery Chart to keep track of account and opportunity health by task status.

Timesheet

Use a Timesheet card to keep track of billable hours related to your clients.

Calculation

Use the Calculation card to calculate SLAs, accounts closed, accounts won, and revenue per month.
