Automations for CRM

Reduce manual updates and increase efficiency by automating your CRM Space or Folder.

Use the Quick Start: Sales & CRM template to create a CRM Space with our recommended Hierarchy structure and statuses, then create the Automations in this article to enhance your workflow and efficiency.

Automate your leads List

We recommend creating three Automations in your leads List to keep tasks moving through your workflow smoothly.

The first Automation will @mention the task assignee, reminding them to select the existing client or new client checkbox after the task enters the qualified status.

For this Automation, use the Status changes Trigger and Add a comment Action.

The second and third Automations will move the task from the leads List to the contacts List after the existing client or new client checkbox is clicked.

For this Automation, use the Custom Field changes Trigger and the Move to List Action.

Automate your contacts List

Similarly, we recommend creating two Automations in your contacts List to ensure no part of your process is missed.

The first Automation will @mention the task assignee, reminding them to fill out the company name Custom Field and click the create deal checkbox after the task is linked to its account task. Additionally, this Automation will change the task status to active.

For this Automation, use the Task or subtask linked Trigger and Add a comment and Change status Actions.

The second Automation will create a task in the deals List when the create deal checkbox is clicked.

For this Automation, use the Custom Field changes Trigger and Create a task Action.
