Add task information to your List view on the mobile app.
Changes made to a List view on mobile also update when you're working on the List view from other devices.
Rotate your device between portrait and landscape orientation to see more information on your screen!

List view is available on every ClickUp plan.

Guests can use List view.
Add and remove columns in List view
To add or remove columns from your List view on mobile:
- Open a List view.
- Swipe left until you see the + Add column button above the task table.
- Tap + Add column.
- Add or remove a column:
- To add a column, tap any field under the Available Fields section.
- To remove a column, tap any field under the Show Fields section.
- In the upper-right corner, tap Done.
Reorder columns
To reorder List view columns on mobile:
- Open a List view.
- Swipe left until you see the + Add column button above the task table.
- Tap + Add column.
- To the left of the field name, tap and drag the drag handle up or down to reorder it.
- In the upper-right corner, tap Done.
To move a column all the way to the start or end of the task table:

Tap a column heading.

Tap Move to start or Move to end.
Hide columns
To hide a column from List view on mobile:

Tap a column heading.

At the bottom, tap Hide column.
