Add task information to your List view on the mobile app.

Changes made to a List view on mobile also update when you're working on the List view from other devices.

List view is available on every ClickUp plan.

Guests can use List view.

Show, add, or hide columns in List view

To show or hide columns in List view on mobile:

1. Open a List view.
2. To the right of a task group, tap the plus icon.
3. Tap the toggle next to each field to show or hide it. To create a new Custom Field and add it as a column, tap New custom field.

Reorder columns

To reorder List view columns on mobile:

1. Open a List view.
2. To the right of a task group, tap the plus icon.
3. To the left of the field name, tap and drag the drag handle up or down to reorder it.

To move a column all the way to the start or end of the task table:

1. Tap a column header.
2. Tap Move to start or Move to end.
