Changes made to a List view on mobile also update when you're working on the List view from other devices.

Guests can use List view.
Add and remove columns in List view
To add or remove columns from your List view on mobile:
- Open a List view.
- Swipe left until you see the + Add column button above the task table.

Tap + Add column.

Under the Available Fields section, tap a field to add it to the view.

Reorder columns by tapping and dragging the drag handle to the left of the field name.

You can remove columns from your List view by tapping the ones shown under the Show Fields section.

In the upper-right corner, tap Done.
Reorder columns
There are several ways to reorder columns in List view on mobile.
Drag and drop columns
You can drag and drop columns from List view to reorder them.
To reorder a column, tap and drag a column heading left or right.
Move columns to the start or end
To move a column all the way to the start or end of the task table:

Tap a column heading.

Tap Move to start or Move to end.
You can also update the column order when adding more columns to your List view:
- Open a List view.
- Swipe left until you see the + Add column button above the task table.

Tap + Add column.

To the left of the field name, tap and drag the drag handle up or down to reorder it.

In the upper-right corner, tap Done.
Hide columns
To hide a column from List view:

Tap a column heading.

At the bottom, tap Hide column.
