What you'll need
- Snoozing is available on all ClickUp plans.
- You'll need to use Inbox in order to snooze notifications.
- Guests can snooze their notifications.
Snooze notifications
From the Important or Other tab of your Inbox, you can snooze any notification.
- Hover over a notification and click the snooze button or use your keyboard to select a notification and press Z.
- Set when the notification should unsnooze:
- Type in a date and time using natural language.
- Pick a preset date and time, such as tomorrow or next week.
- Set a custom date and time.
You can't snooze a notification to a date or time in the past.
- Your notification will move from the current tab to the Snoozed tab.
Unsnoozed notifications
Snoozed notifications will reappear in the Important or Other tab when their unsnooze date and time arrives, or if there's a new comment or @mention.
For example, you have a notification on a task and snooze the notification until tomorrow. You are @mentioned in a comment, so the notification group is unsnoozed and moved to the Important tab.
The notification displays the date and time it was unsnoozed on the right. Once you've read a notification, it will no longer display the unsnoozed date and time.
View and manage snoozed notifications
You can view and manage snoozed notifications from the Snoozed tab of your Inbox.
The Snoozed tab doesn't display the number of unread notifications so you can stay focused on the notifications that need your attention.
From the Snoozed tab you can:
- Resnooze a notification.
- Manually unsnooze a notification.
- Mark a notification as read or unread.
- Clear a notification.
- Clearing a notification cancels the snooze.
