You can also share and set permissions for Whiteboards with the people and Teams in your Workspace.

We're working on the full functionality of permissions when sharing a Whiteboard! Currently, private link permissions can be set at View only and Edit.

Whiteboards access

Whiteboards are public by default. Owners, admins, and members can access public Whiteboards. Guests can access the Whiteboards that are shared with them.

You can share public and private Whiteboards with people outside your Workspace. 

You can share private Whiteboards with anyone in your Workspace.

Open your Whiteboard from the location where it's saved or Whiteboards Hub.
