For the best Whiteboards experience, disable hotkeys in your preferences.

This will disable the hotkeys that can be used throughout ClickUp. They're handy, but it's easy to trigger an unwanted action while typing in a Whiteboard item!

  1. Click your account avatar.

  2. Select My Settings

  3. Scroll down to Preferences.

  4. If Hotkeys are enabled, click to disable.
