Hide or reorder Spaces

Move or hide Spaces to personalize your experience. Changes that you make are only visible to you.

Hide a Space in ClickUp 4.0

In ClickUp 4.0, you can hide a Space using your Home Sidebar, the Spaces Sidebar, or Spaces Home.

Using your Home Sidebar

To hide a Space using your Home Sidebar:

  1. In your Global Navigation, click Home.
  2. In the Spaces section of your Home Sidebar, hover over the Space and click the ellipsis ... icon.
    • Alternatively, right-click the Space.
  3. Click Hide Space.

Using the Spaces Sidebar

To hide a Space using the Spaces Sidebar:

  1. In your Global Navigation, click Spaces.
    • If you don't see the item in your Global Navigation, click More and select it.
    • To keep the item visible in your Global Navigation, pin it.
  2. In the Spaces Sidebar, hover over the Space and click the ellipsis ... icon.
    • Alternatively, right-click the Space.
  3. Click Hide Space.

Hide a Space in ClickUp 3.0

In ClickUp 3.0, you can hide a Space using the Sidebar or Spaces Home.

Using the Sidebar

To hide a Space using the Sidebar:

  1. In the Sidebar, hover over the Space and click the ellipsis ... icon.
    • Alternatively, right-click the Space. 
  2. Click Hide Space.

Using Spaces Home

Show hidden Spaces in ClickUp 4.0

In ClickUp 4.0, you can show hidden Spaces from your Home Sidebar, the Spaces Sidebar, or Spaces Home.

From your Home Sidebar

To show hidden Spaces using your Home Sidebar:

  1. In your Global Navigation, click Home.
  2. In your Home Sidebar, hover over the Spaces section and click the ellipsis ... icon.
  3. Enable Show all Spaces.

From the Spaces Sidebar

To show hidden Spaces using the Spaces Sidebar:

  1. In your Global Navigation, click Spaces.
    • If you don't see the item in your Global Navigation, click More and select it.
    • To keep the item visible in your Global Navigation, pin it.
  2. Hover over the Spaces Sidebar and click the ellipsis ... icon at the top.
  3. Enable Show all Spaces.

Show hidden Spaces in ClickUp 3.0

In ClickUp 3.0, you can show hidden Spaces from the Sidebar or Spaces Home.

From the Sidebar

To show hidden Spaces from the Sidebar:

  1. To the right of the Spaces section in the Sidebar, click the ellipsis ... icon.
  2. Enable Show all Spaces.

Reorder a Space

In ClickUp 4.0, you can rearrange your Spaces by dragging and dropping them in your Home Sidebar or the Spaces Sidebar.

In ClickUp 3.0, you can rearrange your Spaces by dragging and dropping them in the Sidebar.

Reorganizing Spaces also reorganizes the order that tasks and Spaces are shown in List view when looking at everything in your Workspace.
