What you'll need
- The Pipedrive Sync integration is available on the Business Plus and Enterprise Plans.
- Workspace owners and admins can set up the Pipedrive Sync integration.
What is synced
Pipedrive deals, organizations, people, and activities sync with ClickUp tasks. When you sync with Pipedrive, a task is created for each deal, organization, person, and activity. These tasks will include several fields which are automatically populated with helpful data.
After the sync is completed, only task names will sync both ways. Task fields will continue to sync one way, from Pipedrive to ClickUp.

Start the sync
We recommend creating a new admin account in Pipedrive with administrator permissions and an admin account in ClickUp using the same email address.
To start the sync:
- Using the new ClickUp admin account, open the App Center.
- Search for and select Pipedrive Sync.
- Click Contact Us to submit the beta form. Once accepted to the beta, proceed to the next step.
- Select Manage.
- Click Sign In with Pipedrive.
- Complete the prompts to set up the sync.
- After authentication finishes, click Start Sync to sync all of your Pipedrive activities, deals, organizations, and people. Do not close ClickUp while the sync is in progress. The modal can be closed as it will run in the background.
Depending on the amount of data you have, the sync could take several hours. You can continue working in ClickUp and check the progress of the sync any time from the App Center.
If a task fails the sync, open the task to see why. Errors are displayed as task comments from the admin who set up the integration.
Use the integration
After the set up is complete, you'll see a new Space called Pipedrive that contains tasks for all of your synced activities, deals, organizations, and people. Depending on the data synced, the tasks will have several populated Custom Fields with important context.
You can add a task to a new location using Tasks In Multiple Lists and the sync will continue unless the original Pipedrive List is deleted.
Pause the sync
You can pause the sync at any time.
From the App Center:
- Search for and select Pipedrive Sync.
- Select Manage.
- Click Stop Sync. You can resume any time by clicking Start Sync.
