Use the Agent
If you contact the Agent in a location containing the required info, it will use that context.
You can also:
- DM the Agent.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent.
- Assign the Agent to a task.
Required info
Provide this info in your triggering message, comment, or task:
- A link to the client’s task or List so the Agent can identify which client to analyze.
- If the Agent is triggered without a task or List link, it will ask you to supply one.
The Agent's data sources
These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:
- Task details, including comments, Custom Fields, and activity history
- List-level task data when analyzing entire Lists
The Agent's response
The Agent will search for a Doc named “<Client name> ‑ Engagement Summary Updates.”
If found, it will add a new page to it titled “Engagement as of <MM/DD/YYYY>”.
If the Doc isn't found, it will create a public Doc and add a page titled “Engagement as of <MM/DD/YYYY>”.

- Wins / Highlights
- Risks / Blockers
- Dependencies
