If you contact the Agent in the location containing the required info, it will use that context.

You can also:

• DM the Agent.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent.
• Assign the Agent to a task.

Required info

Provide this info in your triggering message, comment, or task:

• Links to the Lists, Folders, or Spaces that contain the engagement tasks
• The time window to summarize (last 7 days, last month, last quarter, or last year)
  • If the Agent isn't provided with the required info, it will ask for this information before creating the summary.

• Tasks, comments, and Custom Fields in tasks from the specified Lists, Folders, or Spaces
