If you contact the Agent in a location containing the required info, it will use that context.
You can also:
- DM the Agent.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent.
- Assign the Agent to a task.
Required info
Provide this info in your triggering message, comment, or task:
- Meeting content or transcript
- Meeting title
- Meeting date
- Participant names and roles
- Decisions and action items, including owners and due dates
- If the Agent isn’t provided with this info, it will use placeholders such as [Client Name] or [Your Name | Your Company, Title] and generic terms like “Our recent meeting.”
