Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent in the location containing the meeting notes, it will use that context.

You can also:

• DM the Agent with the meeting notes.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the meeting notes.
• Assign the Agent to a task.
  • If the Agent isn’t provided with the required info, it will try to find it.
  • If it can't find the info, it will post a comment asking for the info.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

When triggered in a task, the Agent identifies whether the task is a client-type or meeting-type task.

If it's a client task, the Agent will use:

• The task’s description, subtasks, comments, and attachments
• Linked tasks or Docs within the same Folder or Space
• Tasks, Docs, or attachments containing keywords such as “meeting,” “kickoff,” or “call”
• Any Docs created by AI Notetaker

If it's a meeting task, the Agent will search the Workspace for a client task.

• If the Agent can't find the meeting notes, it posts a task comment asking for them.
