Use the Agent

When triggering the Agent, you’ll provide the project task or List.
You can trigger the Agent from the task, or put the task or List link in your triggering Chat message or DM.
 
Trigger the Agent in any of these ways:
  • DM the Agent.
  • In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent.
  • Assign the Agent to a task.

The Agent's data sources

The content of the project task or List.

Optional steps

The Agent will ask if you would like it to create a new Doc or add the update to a new page of an existing Doc.
It will ask which timeframe to use. The default timeframe is the past 7 days.

The Agent's response

The Agent will respond where it was triggered with a project update in this format:

  • Overall status: [Green/Yellow/Red] — [one sentence rationale]
