Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent from the task, it will use that context.

You can also:

• DM the Agent a link to the task you want it to generate the project summary from.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent the link.
• Assign the Agent to the task want it to generate the project summary from.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

• The task provided.
• Tasks, Docs, or attachments in the triggering task's Space containing keywords such as “meeting,” “kickoff,” or “call.”

Optional steps

• If the Agent can't identify the task type, it will comment asking the person who triggered it to identify the task type.
• If the Agent can't find the meeting notes or the correct task, it will comment asking the person who triggered it to provide them.

The Agent's response

The Agent will respond where it was triggered in a comment using this template:
